By accessing and using the services provided by High-Tech Enterprise ('HTE', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

All content, code, designs, and materials provided by HTE remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Custom work created specifically for clients under a service agreement will be governed by the intellectual property terms specified in that agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTE shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

• Initial attempt at good-faith negotiation

• Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator

• Binding arbitration if mediation fails

Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
